Jeffrey P. Ferrier
Mr. Ferrier graduated from the University of Michigan in 1993 and then attended Law School in Washington DC where he graduated magna cum laude. Upon graduation, Mr. Ferrier joined the international firm of Duane Morris working in their Philadelphia headquarters for several years before opening his returning home to open his own practice in Monmouth County. In the past 22 years Mr. Ferrier has represented individuals, corporations, small businesses and families; handling a variety of legal needs for local residents with a particular focus on real estate transactions.
Lori Polewczak
Lori has been a paralegal for over 30 years. Working for several firms in Monmouth County she has a vast experience handling real estate transactions having worked for several prominent real estate attorneys. Lori has a wealth of knowledge having been involved in over ten thousand real estate transactions over the years. Lori and Jeff have worked together for the past 15 years helping clients with their real estate transactions and other legal needs.
Landon Chavis
Landon Chavis has been working as a real estate paralegal with our office for the past 5 years after returning home to Monmouth County following his graduation from Cornell University. Landon has a developed a keen knowledge for talking to clients and helping answer their questions and solving any issues that come up during their transactions.
